THINK GLOBAL, EAT LOCAL: A PANEL DISCUSSION BY TEMPLE CHILDREN AT EASTERN MARKET

Murals in the Market collaborated with Temple Children on this informative and intuitive panel of farmers, chefs and other pioneers in Detroit's food industry discussing the local food and urban farming movement.  The panel featured Matt Tulpa - Chef/Owner of Salt & Saffron and ViceCream, Tyson Gersh - Founder and President of The Michigan Urban Farming Initiative (MUFI)MyThy Huynh - Baker and global food blogger, and Matt Romine - Chef and Co-Founder of Farm Field Table and The Mulefoot Gastropub.
